I have the right to refuse a commission

Payment through Paypal invoices

Full payment is required before I start work. In some cases I will take 50% upfront and the other before I send the completed file

Prices are subject to change with addition or subtraction to the commission as well as changes

A visual or text reference is needed and I will refuse a commission with neither

Later changes to a completed commission will be priced according to the time taken to complete them

My signature may not be removed from the commission (for emotes/icons/banners credit must be provided)

You may NOT use the art I make for you as an NFT or base for an NFT, if you do you forfeit your ownership of the piece.

You may not use my sketch/lineart pieces in AI generators to complete the piece nor use my art to purposely feed an AI machine.

I may revoke your rights to a character/design I have made if you chose to use such character for hateful imagery (sexism/transphobia/racism/fascism)

When work is started you are entitled a 50% refund until the completion of the commission unless stated otherwise (i.e. I am unable to complete your commission due to personal reasons you can get a full refund)

Changes after lineart completion or color completion are subject to a small fee if change is too large/complicated

Chargebacks will blacklist you from my business

No matter the changes you must credit me for the original design

Once the character/design is purchased you are able to change it however you would like

Character/design cannot be sold less than 48 hours after purchase

Character/design cannot be sold for more than the purchase price unless art or crafts (badges/fursuit parts/ect) have been added to the sale

Fursuits made from designs I make are permitted. I do not ask for royalties but a small donation of the profit would be nice

You and I must own the model you will be commissioning

A visual reference must be given to start work unless artistic liberty is given

When commissioning a texture you only get access to the PNG files

When commissioning a model edit or assets you only get access to the model or asset

When commissioning an upload you will get a custom icon for the model that shows the credits and it must not be removed

To upload the model to your account on VRChat you must have the New User rank or higher
